Returns

You can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 14 working days (with the exception of sale items, see below). You must contact us at enquiries@remar.co.nz within 3 business days of receiving the item to communicate your intention to return or exchange. Items must be returned unused/unworn and unaltered with all original packaging intact.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was incorrect ir faulty. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please include you name, contact details, address and the reason for return with the item. We will advise you via email once we have received the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something in your parcel is damaged or not what you ordered, please send it back, and we'll exchange it or refund the price.

Any faulty or incorrect product may be returned or exchanged within 14 working days, please contact us immediatly upon discovering the fault or error at enquiries@remar.co.nz Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 5 working days. If the item is faulty or incorrect we will refund you the cost of returning the item, and cover all shipping costs incurred in replacing the item. Please include your name, contact details, address and the reason for return with the item. We will advise you via email once we have received the returned item.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Product Supply

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is correct. We only offer products for sale that we have in stock. If items are found to be out of stock for any reason, all payments made by the customer for that item will be refunded within 5 working days, and will not be held for future stock unless requested.

Cancelling Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is made. If you process an order in error please contact us at enquiries@remar.co.nz

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993/ Claims

Where the customer is not a consumer as defined in Section 2 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Act shall not apply to the supply of product or services.

The liability of the Company whether in contract or tort for any loss, damage or injury arising directly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods, or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such defective or non complying goods at the option of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special loss of any kind whatsoever. The description of goods in the order is given as an aid in identification of the goods and it is not a condition of supply that the goods shall corespond precisely with the description given or that colours shall match samples exactly. 

Ownership

Ownership of the goods shall remain vested in the Company until the customer has made payment in full for all sums owing by the Customer to the Company or if payment rescinded. Until ownership passes to the Customer, the Company may repossess any or all of the goods supplied by entering the Customer's premises where such goods are reasonably thought to be stored.

Payments

Our payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal also accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Currency/GST

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Your credit card will be billed in NZD. If you are using an international credit card, please check with your credit card provider for exchange rates and applicable fees. We take no responsibility or liability for additional fees incurred. 

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or full by Adage Socks for any reason.

Please note for International Shipping, all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Adage Socks for any reason.
